How do I book a parking spot at Park 5?

Bookings can only be made online through our portal, with payment by credit/debit card.

During booking, you must fill in all required details.

At the end of the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with:

✅ The QR code to access the parking lot

✅ Booking details

Access to Park 5 is granted by scanning the QR code sent by email.


Which vehicles can access Park 5?

Only vehicles that:

✅ Are up to 5 meters long

❌ Do not have trailers or additional carts

The following are prohibited within the car park:

Camping or bivouacking

Equipped or temporary stops

I cannot book for a specific date or period. What can I do?

If you cannot complete the booking, it is likely because:

❌ All spots are booked for the selected date or period

or

📅 You are trying to book more than 15 days in advance, which is not allowed by the system.

We recommend trying again closer to the desired date.

Does the booking cover exactly 24 hours or a calendar day?

Bookings cover calendar days, meaning:

🕛 From 00:00 to 23:59 of the same day

Booking by hours or fractions of a day is not possible.

👉 Example:

If you enter at 9:00 AM and want to exit at 8:59 AM the next day, you must purchase a booking for two consecutive days.

With a two-day ticket, you can also enter at 00:00 on the first day and exit at 23:59 on the second day.


What data is required to access Park 5??

During booking, it is mandatory to correctly enter:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Vehicle license plate

⚠️ We are not responsible for any access issues caused by incorrect data.

Can I book if I don’t yet know the vehicle’s license plate (e.g., rental car)?

❌ No, this is not possible.

You must enter the vehicle’s license plate to complete the booking.

We recommend proceeding only when you know the exact license plate.

How do I enter and exit Park 5? Can I enter and exit multiple times?

✅ Yes, during the booked period you can enter and exit freely.

Just show the QR code you received by email:

  • Save it on your smartphone
  • Or print it out

The QR code is valid from 00:00 on the first booked day until 23:59 on the last booked day.

I did not receive the QR code after payment: what should I do?

After online payment, you will receive two emails at the registered address:

1 - Payment provider email (e.g., Nexi): confirms payment to APV Investimenti Spa.

👉 It does NOT contain the QR code and cannot be used for parking access.

2 - Park 5 email: contains

✅ The QR code

✅ A PDF with your booking

✅ A PDF with your receipt


If you cannot find the QR code:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify you didn’t use two different emails (one for payment, one for Park 5)
  • Wait a few minutes; delivery can take up to 15–20 minutes


Alternatively, you can retrieve the QR code by logging into the Park 5 website with your credentials:

Can I choose my parking spot at Park 5?

❌ It is NOT possible to reserve a specific spot in advance.

I need to enter with a different vehicle than the one I booked, what should I do?

The QR code remains the same and no booking modification is necessary.

If you change vehicle, please email us the new license plate.

Can I purchase multiple accesses for different vehicles?

✅ Yes, a registered user can purchase multiple bookings for the same day, each linked to a different vehicle.

⚠️ Each booking is valid for one vehicle only and must be used with its own QR code.

❌ Do not swap QR codes between vehicles, or you may have problems entering or exiting.

How do I scan the QR code from my smartphone at the Park 5 gate?

  1. Open the booking email and tap the QR code to enlarge it.
  2. Hold your smartphone vertically under the transparent dome at the gate.
  3. Make sure your screen is clean and increase brightness if necessary.
  4. Use only smartphones up to 14 cm wide (tablets are not supported).
  5. Ensure your battery is charged; low battery may reduce screen brightness automatically.
  6. Alternatively, you can print the email with the QR code and use the paper version.

I need to unexpectedly extend my parking stay: what should I do?

During your booked period, you can enter and exit freely, but your final exit must be by 23:59 on the last booked day.

If you stay beyond this time, you must pay an extra parking fee directly at the POS terminal on the exit lane, by debit or credit card.

Cost: €13 for each extra day or fraction of a day

  • Payment only allows exit; it does NOT extend your booking.
  • After paying for extra stay, you cannot re-enter with the same QR code.
  • If you bought a new QR code for the next day, you cannot use it to exit unless you entered with it.


I booked the wrong day or period: what can I do?

  • Bookings cannot be directly modified or refunded.
  • You can request a cancellation and receive a voucher.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before the start date of the booking.


How to proceed:

  1. Log in to the online shop.
  2. Go to "Order History" and open the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click on "Request order cancellation".

Your request will be processed within 7 days.

The voucher, valid for 3 months, will be available in "My Account" > "Wallet" and can be used for new bookings.



Can you issue an invoice?

  • The email with the QR code also contains the payment receipt.
  • If you need a fiscal invoice, log in to "My Account" on the online shop.
  • Enter your billing details under "Manage billing profiles" and request the automatic invoice.
  • Invoices are sent via the SDI system and delivered to your tax mailbox.
  • A courtesy document (pro forma invoice) without fiscal value will be available in the online shop within 24 hours.
