How can I reserve or book Park 5?

Reservations can only be made online, through our online portal using a credit card. During the purchase, it is necessary to fill in all the required information. Once the purchase is completed, the system automatically sends the confirmation and QR code to the email address used for registration. Access to Park 5 will be granted via the QR code.

Which vehicles can access Park 5?

It is not possible to make any reservations more than 15 days before the vehicle's arrival and stay in the car park area.
Vehicles allowed must have a maximum length of 5 meters and cannot have trailer attachments.
Within the car park area, all forms of bivouacking, camping, or equipped parking, even if temporary, are prohibited.

I tried to make a reservation for a specific calendar day, or period, but I am unable to do so. What can I do?

We apologize, but evidently for that day or the selected period, the availability of bookable spaces is exhausted.
Additionally, it is not possible to make any reservations more than 15 days before the vehicle's arrival and stay in the car park area.

Does the reservation cover 24 hours, or does it cover a calendar day from 00:00 to 23:59?

Reservations can only be made for full days, not for fractions of days, and it is not possible to reserve by the hour. Reservations are only possible and valid from 00:00 to 23:59 on a specific day, or from 00:00 to 23:59 on a period of several consecutive days.For example, if you want to enter at 9:00 a.m. and leave at 8:59 a.m. the following day, you must purchase a reservation valid for two consecutive days, i.e. you must not purchase a ticket for a single day. However, please note that with the same two-day ticket, you could also enter at 00:00 on the first day and leave at 23:59 on the second day.

What data is needed to access Park 5?

At the time of purchase, it is necessary to fill in all the required information (name, surname, license plate). If the provided data is incorrect, we do not assume any responsibility.

I want to book a parking space, but I don't know the registration number of the vehicle I will be parking yet, for example because it will be a rental vehicle. Can I still book?

No, you cannot book until you know the vehicle's registration number. You must enter the vehicle's registration number in order to book.

How can I enter and exit Park 5? Can I enter and exit multiple times?

Save the QR code received via email on your smartphone or print it out and use it to enter and exit the parking area. During the booked period, you can enter and exit the parking area freely many times, from 00:00 on the first day of booking until 23:59 on the last day of booking.

I made the payment, but I did not receive any QR-code. What can I do?

Once the online payment has been made, two emails will arrive at the address used for your account registration. One is the one that can be sent by the digital payment manager (for example by Nexi). This will not be useful for accessing the car park area, but the digital payment manager simply informs you that you have made a payment to APV Investimenti Spa. Whether it is sent or not depends on the digital payment manager, i.e. it does not depend on who manages the Park 5. The other email that arrives is the one sent by the Park 5 booking system, and contains: both the QR-code and a PDF file with the booking itself, which can be printed for access to the car park area, and a second file in PDF format which is the payment receipt. Don't confuse the two emails. Furthermore, it is possible that you use two different email addresses: one that you registered for your digital payment provider, and another used to register in the Park 5 ‘s online store. Keep in mind that a few minutes, or even around 15 or 20 minutes, can pass from the moment of payment in the online shop to the moment the emails arrive. This latency is normal and depends on message exchanges between email servers via the internet, it does not depend on who manages Park 5. The two emails arrive at different times given that they come from two different issuers. If necessary, you can check that the email with the QR-code has ended up in spam in your inbox. Please take this information into consideration, in particular if you make the reservation near Park 5 shortly before accessing it: once the reservation has been made, the possibility of accessing the car park area is not necessarily immediate but may require the times mentioned above.  In addition to the email, the QR-code can be found in the online store by logging in with your username and password (used to register and purchase on the shop), you will find it in “My Account - Order History” section

Can I choose the parking space where I park inside Park 5?

Upon entering the parking area, you can choose the parking space where you want to park, within the designated areas. It is not possible to choose it during the reservation phase.

I have a reservation, but I will need to access with a different vehicle from the one declared, meaning it will have a different license plate. What should I do?

If access will be made with a different vehicle than the one indicated in the reservation, please send us an email with the new vehicle's license plate. The QR code will remain the same as you have already received: no modification to the reservation will be necessary.

Can I purchase multiple accesses, each for a different vehicle?

Any reservation is made after registering a user on the online store. A user of the online store can purchase multiple reservations for the same day, each for a different vehicle. Each reservation will be tied to one and only one vehicle. Entries and exits from the parking lot of the same vehicle must be done using the same QR code. They cannot be done using the QR code used by another vehicle. We recommend paying attention when using the QR codes without exchanging them, otherwise, you may be unable to enter or exit the parking lot.

How can I ensure that the QR-code is read by my smartphone to access Park 5?
I'm having trouble getting my smartphone to read the QR code. How can I do?

Open the booking email, click on the QR-code to enlarge it, and place the smartphone vertically under the transparent plastic dome. Check that your smartphone display is not dirty or scratched. Possibly increase the brightness of the display. Smartphones up to 14cm wide can be used. Therefore tablets cannot be used. Check the charge of your smartphone so that when you use it to enter and exit Park 5, it is not empty or turned off. If the smartphone is low on battery power, the smartphone display usually decreases brightness. The email, and the QR-code, can also be printed.

I unexpectedly need to extend my stay. What should I do?

During the reserved period, using the QR code, you can enter and exit the car park area multiple times. The last exit must occur by 23:59 on the last day of the reservation. If unexpectedly you need to stay beyond 23:59 on the last day of the reservation, you will have to pay for the extra stay with a debit or credit card directly from the POS terminal at the exit lane of the parking lot. The amount will be €13 per additional day of stay or fraction of a day. Payment for the extra stay will only be valid for exit; it will not extend the stay for an additional day, meaning the QR code cannot be used to re-enter. In the case of an extra stay, or in the case of late exit beyond the reservation period, a newly purchased QR code from the web portal for the next calendar day will not be valid for exiting the parking lot, as the new QR code will never have been used to enter the parking lot.

I reserved the wrong day or period. What can I do?

A reservation is neither modifiable nor refundable. However, you can request its cancellation and the issuance of a voucher.
The cancellation of a purchased product can be requested up to 5 days before the start date of the product's validity. To do this, simply - once logged into the shop - click on Order History, open the order for which cancellation is requested, and click on the appropriate "Order Cancellation" button. The request will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be provided in the form of a voucher valid for 3 months and redeemable on the Park5.online shop for a new parking reservation. The voucher will be visible in the "My account" area under "Wallet".


Can you issue an invoice?

The payment receipt is also attached in the email that contains the QR-code for access to Park 5. If you need an invoice, in the online shop, via "My Account", you can enter all your billing data using the "Company profiles" tab, and from there request the automatic release of one or more invoices.
Invoices will be sent through SDI, delivered to the tax drawer. In the shop, on the other hand, within 24 hours, you will be able to see the courtesy document, pro forma invoice, without tax validity.
